It is OVER !!! HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR !!!The event was on Saturday and we had 1500 people. We had 1200 in attendance and then another 300+ who were volunteers, exhibitors and performers..... it was a huge group of people wall to wall, but overall it went well and i heard over and over that this was the best event and the performance was the BEST! Arlene did an awesome job. I wish i had seen it :-) but that is what happens when you are running the show. I asked if i could get a copy of the performance so i can also see it too :-)
The kids had a great time.... poor Scott had his hands full with 4 kids - he had to juggle, bathroom breaks, food lines and face painting..... so i commend him for this and next year i will be joining him and enjoying it myself since i will be retiring from this.
The food was good, we had a great mix of things to do for all - i took only some rough pix - for layout purposes but will post a bit tomorrow.
