4th of July

We had no real plans so landed up heading back to the beach park for the 4th.
It was overcast but had moments of sun and the kids really had a great time.
Later in the day went over to a neighbor's place and Scott had some fireworks left over from last year - real duds but the kids did not know the difference and we lit them and they were thrilled. They stayed up late and watched the neighborhood ones from our windows - there were many going on and the kids were so excited. Can't wait until they are older and we can take them somewhere to enjoy.
Today we have another adoptive family over to play - hoping the clouds will pass.
Winston keeps taking large leaps in his adjustment and this morning did not cry when waking up. He also ran around chasing Lily our cat saying "kitty"
