Well we finally have word and it is now 2:30 PM we will be meeting our guide in the lobby of the hotel at 3:30 PM and they will take us to the government offices to finally meet Taylor and start the adoption process of papers, fingerprints and her footprint etc... to make this girl officially ours.
This morning met another Dongguan mother who just got her daughter (Janet Hurley) who is adopting through HIC - again she said I know you and have seen your website.
It is nice to be part of a community of people that are going through this with you.
They are from AL.
We had another finacial setback, the bank issued us by accident the wrong travelors checks, so the bank refused to cash them. We finally got a hold of Am Express and it looks like tomorrow we can sort this out. Praying it will or we are short again $2000
What a mess and never in my life have gone through this before. A word to the wise...Victory Hotel does not cash TChecks so your limited more than in the past using them.
Well have Kaitlyn napping and the boys watching the Sound of Music on TV...
now we just have to make 3:30 PM get here fast!
