Can you help the kids???

PLEASE HELP THE KIDS....
This photo is of the bathroom at an orphange in China - the jar beside the toilet is to dump water in to flush - not auto flush here. Think about how many germs are being spread here!!!

This is a great organization that helps with some orphanages in China and this is such a worthy cause - would you want to use this toilet????
