Many of you have written us and asked about helping our Winston.
By the end of day we should see it at close to $3000. Which is a bit closer to getting him the surgery he needs. With regards to our adoption, we are in the beginning stages - we send out our Letter of Intent (LOI) next week and it should take about 4 weeks for (PA) Pre-approval from China. Then we up-date our homestudy and we are fortunate that our immigration papers I171 stuff was for 2 children, so that helps us and our fingerprints do not expire until Feb, so don't need to do any of this right away - just update later - so we if organized can get PA by years end and maybe submit our Dossier (Paperwork) to China in January - then that takes about 4 months - so if we get lucky we could be looking at May????
So we now sit down and have already started saving fundraising ideas so we can figure a way to raise 1/2 the money we will need - pending no more surprises :-)
We'll be journaling the paperwork trail this time since we have never down this before.
