The welcome sign for Reagan

Here is the sign in the conference room where we met - which was for Reagan and said welcome Jing, Wulin. Jing is Reagan's last name - all the babies in the past 4-5 years have the Jing last name after the Jingdezhen orphanage name. We gave Reagan this as his second middle name so he could keep his identity with this group - his other family. Wulin means time before noon and was given to Reagan by the director. Reagan was found with a note that said his actual birthday and that he was born before noon. We did not know this before naming him.
